On Saturday, January 10, we joined one of Samuel’s students and the hiking group he’s a part of on a 9-mile hike! It was a beautiful, sunny day. The weather was perfect – in the 60′s. It was a relaxing walk through the foothills about 40 Km north of Madrid. The hike brought us to a functioning aqueduct which can be seen in a few of the pictures.

We practiced our Spanish and made some new friends!
